Riverhaven Cabin

The Riverhaven Cabin sits right on the Shenandoah River, offering peaceful water views year-round and a cozy place to relax. With the comforts of home at your fingertips, it’s an ideal spot to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors at your own pace.
Guests can fish for smallmouth bass, take the canoe out on the river, hike nearby trails, or simply unwind on the large deck overlooking the water. Inside, Riverhaven sleeps up to 8 with two queen bedrooms, a loft with twin beds, and a futon in the living room—perfect for families or groups.
Whether you’re exploring Shenandoah National Park or enjoying quiet time by the river, Riverhaven offers a relaxing escape for every season.
The Lady Virginia

This well-known 1980s home sits on a hill overlooking the town of Shenandoah with private parking for up to four vehicles. Guests can enjoy the large manicured lawn, back patios with a firepit, and a relaxing hot tub after a day exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Inside, the 2,200 sq. ft. home features smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, high-speed internet for leisure or teleworking, and two cozy fireplaces with realistic electric inserts. The fully stocked kitchen includes all essentials plus a spice rack, blending modern convenience with a touch of retro, mid-century flair.
Built by Earl and Virginia Foltz, longtime community figures known for hosting grand lawn parties and homemade wine, the home carries a unique local history. Today, it offers plenty of space to unwind, whether with family, friends, or pets (up to two, $40 fee per pet).
Historic Riverhouse

The Historic Riverhouse sits along the Shenandoah River with year-round waterfront views and Early American Colonial charm. Antique furnishings and period décor give the home a warm, historic feel, while modern comforts like a hot tub and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to relax in style.
Guests can take in the mountain and river scenery from two covered porches, explore the river at their own pace, or enjoy nearby hiking, shopping, and dining. Shenandoah National Park is just minutes away, offering endless outdoor adventures.
The home sleeps up to 12 guests with three bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, including queen and full beds, twin bunks with trundles, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Perfect for families and groups, the Riverhouse combines history, comfort, and a spectacular riverside setting.
Rivergreen Cabin

The Rivergreen Cabin is a cozy off-the-grid escape designed for guests who love the idea of camping with the comfort of a private retreat. Tucked away in the woods, it offers climate control powered by a propane generator, well water, Wi-Fi, and local channels, along with the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Perfect for 2–4 guests, the cabin features a queen bed and futon, a small kitchen with cooktop and mini-fridge, and a bathroom with shower and composting toilet. A covered porch, fire pit, and gas grill invite you to enjoy the outdoors, while the quiet setting provides space to unplug and unwind.
Please note: The generator is not designed for 24/7 use and requires cool-down periods, so this cabin is not suitable for guests needing continuous electric-powered medical devices. In winter, 4x4 or front-wheel drive is recommended for access.

Stay steps from the beach (just 450’ away!) in this bright, two-story end-unit condo. Enjoy 20+ acres of resort-style amenities: outdoor pool, snack bar, volleyball, grills, picnic areas, plus a brand-new clubhouse with heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, game room, playground, and EV chargers.
The condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, modern kitchen with new appliances, open living area with fireplace, and ocean-view deck. Linens and towels for 8 included, along with fast WiFi, TVs in every room, keyless entry, and in-unit laundry.
