Affordable & Flexible Packages to Fit Any Budget
Rivercrest Farm and Event Center offers packages and flexible payment plans to fit any budget!
Unlike many venues, we offer on-site accommodations for up to 26 guests, and exclusive, multi-day access to the barn for decorating, rehearsals, and even rehearsal dinners! We offer several price packages, all of which include attendants, tables, chairs, linens, custom changing rooms, and various ceremony sites with stunning views of the Shenandoah River.
Rivervista Event Barn Package
This package offers access to RiverVista Event Barn from the morning before your event to the afternoon following.
Decorate, rehearse, relax on your wedding day, and collect your decorations the day after!
It includes:
Weekend access: Friday Morning to Sunday Afternoon
Reception Tables and Chairs Provided: Includes Set Up and Tear Down
Ceremony Site Chairs: Includes Set Up
Two ceremony sites: Courtyard and Barnside
One Rivercrest staff member: to assist with parking, bathroom cleanup and trash removal the day of the wedding
Bridal Suites and Bathrooms: for the weekend
Large buffet space: including two refrigerators, a deep freezer for ice storage and sink with hot and cold potable water
Barn decor: including outdoor couches, chairs, fire pit, bar, cocktail tables and chairs in loft, elegant indoor fabric and lighting on upper barn floor, and beer, wine and ice bins
Barn setup: including layout of appetizer tables, bar area tables, DJ and band space, gift tables, and any other needed table space
Semi-Climate Control: Air Conditioning on upper floor and heaters with propane during cold weather

Our Signature Package offers everything included in our RiverVista Event Barn package as well as staff, linens and a third ceremony site! This package allows you and your guests the ability to relax and enjoy your time together during your wedding weekend. This package lets you take the stress out of your day! It includes:
Rivercrest Staff: To assist with parking, bussing tables, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms and refilling bathrooms, set up of bar, refilling drink stations and beer tubs, sparkler sendoffs, set up of s’mores bars, and other various duties throughout the evening
Bartending service: Rivercrest will add an additional staff member to bartend all evening
Cream colored linens for all reception tables: includes set up and tear down
Three ceremony sites to choose from: Riverview, Courtyard, or Barnside
Riverview Ceremony Site: a third ceremony site with sweeping views of the Shenandoah River

Petit Wedding Package
Looking for a DIY Petite wedding that’s both affordable and full of personal touch? At Rivercrest Farm & Event Center, we offer a special one-day micro wedding package on Tuesdays and Wednesdays—designed for couples who want to take the reins and create their own dream day. What’s Included in Your DIY Petite Wedding Package:
Exclusive Venue Access for up to 100 guests: Get access to our stunning farm and event center from 9:00 AM until clean-up and pack-out by 12:00 AM.
Standard Setup: We provide a beautiful, rustic set-up with 18 tables and 6 chairs per table, ready for you to personalize and decorate as you wish.
Flexible, DIY Experience: Bring your own decor, catering, and vendors to make the day as unique as your love story.
Peaceful, Intimate Setting: With the tranquility of a weekday, your micro wedding will be relaxed and stress-free, with plenty of time for the perfect moments.
Simple, Straightforward Package: We take care of the essentials (tables and chairs) so you can focus on the details that matter most to you.

30 Day Event Coordination (with Bridget Manley): $2,000.00 for 20 hours, additional hours billed at $100 per hour
12 person van shuttle service (Drivers, tips and insurance included; up to 100 miles, $5.00 each mile over)*
-One van: $950.00
-Two or more vans - $800.00 each
Limo Service (Seats ten; driver, tips and insurance included; one ride to and from destination) - $750.00
Primitive camping (MUST get approval from owners before camping; location will be determined by management) - $40.00/Night
Riverside Ceremony Site (on back end of property; primitive site right on water) - $1,500.00

Linen Package - cream colored linens for every table on the day of the wedding including setup and teardown - $1,000

Housing
Rivercrest Farm offers additional housing onsite for your wedding weekend.
Take advantage of weekend access for housing of up to 26 people onsite, and 36 people with our additional rental home in Shenandoah. Prices include a two night stay and cleaning fees.
